So professionell staff with high service, I truly love when staff is so kind and caring. The breakfast was all okay and the rooms. I Will come back for sure and I hope the staff still works there. Go Scandic Borlänge

We spent one night here. The staff are very nice and helpful. The place is in good condition, looks modern and newly renovated. There were crumbs in one of our beds, which is very disturbing - seems the sheets were maybe not changed or someone was eating while making the bed? Not very sanitary. The breakfast is nice and what you would expect at a chain hotel. The dinner buffet was not edible. Plan to eat at a nearby restaurant for dinner.

Trashy inner garden, dust at glasses in the room, paper in toilet at arrival. In average i was not satified and I will choose an another hotel in Borlänge next time I have to stay at hotel in this town.

Good standard for the price, excellent breakfast, nice staff. Minuses: the doublebed is actually 2 singles pushed together and slide apart if any kind of romantic interaction is attempted. Restaurant food and service is uninspired.

They make it impossible to unsubscribe from their mailing list, after your stay the hotel will forever send you updates and whatever they wish, while your attempts to unsubscribe will not work. So, if you don't like spam emails, do avoid this hotel.

Always nice staff and the luxury of having a pool to take a swim is highly appreciated by all members of our family. The family rooms are cost efficient but please bear in mind they have no air conditioning and become quite hot even with the mild summer temperatures in Sweden. Breakfast is amazing. All in all close to perfect, but at least for us more enjoyable in the winter (close to Romme Alpin) due to the room temperature.

Liked the hotel. Received much appreciated, fast and professional help at the reception. The breakfast is very good with a large selection and butter )). Butter is not available in all hotels. High quality coffee. Good standard in the room. Clean and well maintained. The TV channel selection is good. Will definitely return and would be happy to recommend the hotel further.

Wonderful, helpful staff, great breakfast, warm pool and sauna, big family room, two fan’s that performed wonders and dried all our wet skiing gear. Well done Danijela and team!!! A big THANK YOU! See you again soon…
