I’ve never lived in such a bad-service hotel before, the sanitation is soooo bad, the pillow cases are full of black ink, looks like shoes prints, and the service was terrible 😢
I requested the hotel reception to bring me some new pillow cases at around 11:40pm, I waited till 1am and still no one shows up. I then went to the reception the next morning and requested directly before they brought me the pillow cases.
The sanitation status was a nightmare. I actually booked my stay for the rest of my trip but I really really regret that. I intended to change to Meriton in Chatswood but the room price surged. So I have to stick with this ugly place for the rest of my trip. What a shame.
