Loved this hotel - reasonable nightly rates, very clean, well-appointed rooms. Soft sheets, comfy beds, thermostat allowed individual climate preferences. The blackout shades worked very well - we LOVE a dark room when we sleep late.
Very quiet on our floor. Convenient laundry on 4th floor - only one washer and one dryer, but was still able to complete my load in short order.
Love the desk, sofa. Frig was great, microwave would have been a nice add on!!

This hotel is in a great location by VT. The biggest issue is that they control the room temperature. If you like rooms 71 to 72 degrees than you are at the right place. There is no way to lower it and there is no other option than HEAT.

Friendly service, quiet, clean. Being able to charge refreshments to the room was clutch. Cleaning staff stopped by daily to inquire about anything in the room needing to be cleaned up. Great location, big rooms, will stay again.

Everything was a 5 star great until breakfast.
Most of the breakfast was overcooked or set on the heater for way too long. There was no waffle maker and the pancakes were chewy. They had a good selection of fruit but it was sitting out all morning from Frozen so it was mushy.
Improve the breakfast and it will be a five-star review for sure. I plan on staying here again in the future but we'll plan other options for breakfast.

The stay would have been excellent except for one issue, and that is the online access to the internet did not make it clear that there would be an additional fee on top of the charges for the room. Internet is typically free at most equivalent hotels/inns and the application of the additional charge should have been made more transparent.
