環境、衞生不錯，早餐地方有點擁擠

When trying to check out and get receipt three people at front desk actively avoided me. Either by turning her back to me or putting her head down and placing her hand in front of her face.

I have stayed here many times, and I will continue to come back. The bathroom toilet was in a tight space between the wall and the sink counter top. A very large person would have difficulty using the toilet in this room.

We liked staying here and would stay here again. The property sent us a text before check-in letting us know about transportation options in the area, which we felt was a nice touch because we planned to go to the Alberta Bair theatre nearby. There was some construction going on in the hotel which we only found out about after we arrived. But the noise only started after 8am. It was loud but didn't disturb us much as we were inly there for one night. We liked the location and price for what we received. Front desk staff were helpful with restaurant suggestions. And the breakfast the hotel included was good. Highly recommend. The downtown location was really convenient.

Very quiet! Clean & comfortable; heating/cooling system was excellent with option for continuous fan.

This was a late night stay after getting off the plane, close to airports and hosptial, clean and no complaints accept one--why do hotels advertise a king size room and only put a bedside table by one side of the bed? Do they not realize both people in the bed have a need for a place to put their glasses or cpaps or water?? My pet peeve for years is to have a room without a bedside table We ended up actually having to move the bed a little just to get a chair beside the other side and their is plenty of room for two bedside tables in the room!

The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and we had an easy check in. The breakfast was good. The parking was convenient. We would stay here again. A good value.

Great spot for a quick stay for a basketball weekend. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!!!

I liked that it was quiet around the property, it is across the street from Billings Clinic and hospital. The rooms were also quiet. liked that you could open the window to get fresh air. The continental breakfast had some good choices. I didn’t like the pillows, they were lumpy and the bed was too firm for me. I was there for 4 nights and felt safe. Easy drive to wherever I needed to go. Do wish it was more walkable to restaurants.
