ヒルトップ イン バイ リバーセージ(Hilltop Inn by Riversage)

I did not have hot water for a shower for the five nights I stayed. To me the water was luke warm and not hot and took several minutes to get luke warm. The manager stated they checked my water and it was 'hot' in two minutes when it was not. And also that the water cannot be over 100 degrees per county rules. No way was the water 100 degrees. I could not wash or condition my hair due to the water temperature.

Checking in process was fast, I mentioned I was a VERY light sleeper when asked if I had a floor preference, I was given the third floor which was great unfortunately though my room was facing the street that had plenty of noise and was right by the elevator. Needless to say I didn’t sleep well…

Clean. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. It is close to everything. We always stay here when we are in Billings

The location is both extremely convenient and simultaneously unexpected, being tucked into the maze of a large health/hospital complex. Downtown Billings is your typical frontier city that didn't expect to get too large for its britches. Surprisingly it was very quiet, I didn't hear one peep or ambulance all night. The front desk staff was very courteous and succinct. Room is well appointed and comfortable. The mattress, although I slept well on it, is quite near the end of its useful life and has more give and sag than expected. I would stay again but there's not much around the immediate hotel location.

It was difficult to find the right place to turn in due to the number of buildings and parking garages smack up against the hotel. Signage for street names were very hard to find. Once I found it it was a piece of cake.

An exceptional breakfast offering with truly superb and caring staff. We travel a lot and this hotel rises to the top.

We have stayed at this hotel and 2 of it's sister hotels many times due to the convenience of location next to medical facilities. Everything has always been very good with the exception of the beds, which badly need to be replaced. This stay, I was 6 weeks from a spinal fusion and I struggled to be able to sleep as the bed was so soft and gave me no support.

Very helpful staff! Everyone was very friendly. Nice room. Comfortable bed, best night sleep in a while from a hotel. Very safe are to stay.

My husband had late surgery (Shoulder replacement) at Surgery Plus and we live 200 miles away. So we were referred to Riversage by the hospital. It was in walking distance from the center, with a very accommodating, professional staff and a nice eating area with snacks during the day like cookies and popcorn. My only complaint was that I requested, before check-in, a recliner in our room instead of the standard chair in order for my husband to sleep on after surgery, and we just got the standard chair although the other rooms had recliners in them. Also, there were stains on the sheets that were concerning, but they had been cleaned and bleached. Other than the helicopter coming and going from the rooftop at the hospital, it was peaceful and quiet.
