ドルメロ ホテル ベルリン クーダム(DORMERO Hotel Berlin Ku'damm)

行李多不建議去，樓上沒有電梯，到酒店前台要走樓梯。房間一般，設施都有些久，不過價格也不算貴，但是整體就一般，不是很現代的房間設施。 位置不錯，離旁邊主街很近

非常滿意，非常開心。下次去柏林再住庫達馬姆酒店。還要推薦給朋友們。

Don't book their the trow you out on the street, i bookt for 3 days en the day that we arrived after 7 our drive they told u that they send a message that morning that they don't have a room for you !!! You stand than their and no hotel !!! Redicules

The Hotel is close to shopping streets. Hotel location is just 5 minutes from metro station on foot. In the room furnitures are quite old. Hotel is not dirty. Staffs are very kind but service is medium quality. Room is not small. I paid about 270 euro for 3 nights. We didn’t confront a problem during stay.

We visited Berlin for our first time. The hotel is located near to shops, restaurants and a train station making it a great location. The room was dirty, no daily room service with poor facilities on site. The reception desk only works part time. The condition of the room was also poor with peeling paint and smelly beds.

Stayed here 2 nights in June and cannot recommend this place to anyone. Reception has very limited opening hours, no chance to check in before 3pm. Room was spacy and on 3rd floor overlooking the street. Many problems. Room was dirty, cleaning poor. No shampoo was replenished in the shower, curtains partly torn down, wifi was weak, aircon poor, mini fridge was full of ice in the upper part, TV was not working, safe was not working... the list goes on and on. Management is poor, even the reception carpet was full of dirt. Breakfast was below average, poor ingredients, bananas all brown, poor bread rolls. Lady at reception said she would try to fix some of the issues but nothing happened. We got a small compensation (one free breakfast) but it didn't fix the problems of this hotel. Location is good, quiet street, building is old and needs renovation.

Be careful your money will be stolen inside the room in this hotel. I checked in on 2022/10/7, around 21:30 I was only out for 30 minutes to buy a drink, when I returned my cash amounting 1000+ euro on the table were gone. Before I went out, the reception asked my room number and asked if Im going to a bar or parties. After I report the case, he refused to help and kept on saying its my fault, and claimed that theres no CCTV in the hotel, after I called the police he went straight home and asked a young part-time worker to deal with the police, he dare not to stay in the scene himself. Just be extra careful with your valuable personal belonging if you choose to stay in this hotel.

Arrived late at night to a warm welcome from two of the receptionists, checked in swiftly and given the key to room. On entering the room we were amazed at how spacious the area was. The bed was really comfy and a bonus that our room had an amazing bath, we would of utilised this if we’re were staying in Berlin for more than two nights but a great touch. When checking out we had a coffee and cake in the dining / orangery and it was lovely. Can’t fault it. Area was great.

We were told there would be someone available until 3am but hotel staff abandoned the hotel in the afternoon and were not contactable. We walked throughout the darkened hotel and called out and no one was available. Other people trying to checkout but just having to drop their key card and leave. Entry card not working despite twice having it attended, WIFI not working, TV not working, unable to use spa facilities if we wanted as no staff around to give us access. Tried calling a phone number left on front desk but no answer. Left a note at reception for someone to call us urgently but this didn’t happen. We ended up contacting *********** who managed to contact a supervisor who admitted staff had abandoned the hotel (not sure why) and that they would offer us a refund. We accepted and left but didn’t end up getting a full refund. As we were leaving before 9pm there was a very flustered looking young man at the reception desk talking on his phone. He did not engage with us despite my husband trying to talk to him (he walked out the back). Not a great location for tourists. The hotel has now contacted us and told us they will charge our credit card again because we left a bad (honest) review. They are not meant to even have kept our cc details from December 2022 so be careful if dealing with this hotel.
