リビング ホテル ヴァイセンゼー(Living Hotel Weißensee)

房間乾淨整潔，設施廚衞略舊，門鎖打開不靈敏。獨立陽台，環境安靜，外面僅一路公交。早餐豐富價格適中。一共4層樓。

Tout était parfait. Exactement l’hôtel qu’il me fallait : ApartHotel, très adapté au voyageur autonome (cuisinette !…). Parmi les multiples plus : (1) le jour de mon arrivée (train de nuit), on me laisse accéder à ma chambre avant midi (heure officielle : 15h), (2) le sauna, (3) du coup, on me laisse le peignoir, prête pour le sauna, jusqu’à la fin de mon séjour (j’adore prendre mon petit-déj la porte du balcon ouverte…), (4) 1 litre d’eau minéralisée sans frais renouvelé tous les jours. Seul bémol : l’aspect éco-responsable, très présent (pas mal d’affiches…), perd de sa crédibilité si le personnel n’y est pas formé. Exemple 1 : comme proposé à l’arrivée, je renonce au service « chambre » quotidien (—＞ l’hôtel verse 4EUR par jour au Tierheim de Berlin). Mais par excès de zèle, la femme de ménage vient quand même…pour prendre les serviettes qui ont servi une ou deux fois. (OK OK, elle ne le remplace pas, donc c’est du éco…) Exemple 2 : le lendemain, je suis là quand la femme de ménage arrive. Tant pis donc pour les serviettes restantes, elle ne les aura pas. Pour pas trop la décevoir, je lui dis que les réservoirs de poubelles sont un peu pleins. Et là - consternation : tout va dans le même sac !!! Alors les amis Living : vos clients ont beau faire des efforts pour trier, si vous n’expliquez pas à vos collaboratrices/eurs comment gérer la suite, c’est comme si vos affiches ne voulaient pas dire grand-chose. Mais mon séjour était quand-même parfait.

Comfortable hotel - nice quiet room. Really appreciate kitchen area. Close to Weissensee lake and about 10 minute walk to tram.

Freundlicher Empfang, unkomplizierter Check in und Check out, nettes Personal, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Balkon, ruhige Lage, gerne wieder!

Ein sauberes gut geführtes Hotel in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße.Zur Verpflegung stand leider nur Frühstück zur verfügung aber das mit Stolzem Preis.

Sehr guter Service, freundliches Personal, schöne Umgebung, gut mit den Öffentlichen zu erreichen.

Room was too hot, even when turning down the thermostat. No couch / table in room( 2 person in room). Had always couch/ table before when staying at same hotel.

The hotel has a nice lobby and it’s clean. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the rooms, which look pretty old. I booked a room with a twin bed and at the end I was given a room with a very tiny one person bed. As I pointed that out and asked for a different room the receptionist said that that is what I booked. She didn’t even tried to give me any other option or even potential upgrade (for extra charge). As I finally checked my reservation it said that my booking was for one person but for a twin bed. A manager to whom I requested to speak, promptly solved the problem (thank you for that). But I didn’t even hear that she is sorry for the mistake. That would be actually nice. Apparently the description of the room in the hotel and in the app are not matching but this is clearly not a problem of a guest. The room I got was a bit smelly, as someone had smoked in it and try to cover it with air freshener but at least the bed was fine. For two people it would be very cozy. The way to the gym is very complicated. Bring some extra time with you. In general the staff wasn’t particularly friendly. The rooms are a bit old. It’s the only one hotel in the area. It’s ok, to stay there without any expectations for a short time I guess. The hotel in my opinion is too pricy for that what it offers.
