Nice place to stay, good people and good location!

The hotel was clean and free of clutter. The décor was modern and tasteful. I found the front desk very courteous and welcoming. The meet and greet hour was good in the sense that it gave us a free coupon for either a clam chowder and drink. The exterior was clean and free of garbage. The rooms were large and spacious. The soaps and shampoos were dispensed from a large bottle and they smelled good, if you like lemon grass sage. I will definitely go back to this hotel if I am ever in Bellingham again.

This was our first visit to your Bellingham property. All was just fine, with the exception of two things, one of which you can correct. 1) the one you can't correct is the flooring in the room. I'm sure cedar-planked flooring is more cost-effective, but it's not comfortable or pleasing from an aesthetic point of view. It's not comfortable to walk on and it creates an echo effect in the room. 2) the pillows are like basketballs. As we told the clerk when we checked out, "we'll probably be back, but when we come we'll bring our own pillows."

This is a gem of a hotel in Bellingham. My sister and I could not get over how wonderful the desk staff was, they were kind and helpful. The hotel is up to date, clean and provides everything you need for a great stay. Complimentary happy hour drinks and snack, and breakfast, make this an outstanding deal. We didn't get a chance to do dinner, but the breakfast was way above grade. The rooms were big, comfortable and clean. Bathtubs and showers. We will be back for all our shows at Mount Baker Theatre.

Rates seemed reasonable, especially when you factor in a free cocktail and appetizer in the evening and a pretty decent free buffet breakfast in the a.m.

We loved staying at your hotel. It was clean, quiet, easy to find, friendly staff and we loved the happy hour treats. The hot tub could behave been warmer but we still enjoyed it!

Great service and friendly. Nice extra perks and a great choice for breakfast. Loved that the bathroom had an additional door to increase privacy so others could still use the sink, shower, or bath. Roomy rooms and pump dispensers for toiletries. Our only issue was the bed was a little hard.

Well-maintained, great staff, the rooms are very nice. Wish the bistro had a larger menu but the bar is well-stocked. Definitely will be back in the future.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well taken care of. The breakfast buffet was decent. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.
