カステル クララ タラソ ＆ スパ(Castel Clara Thalasso & Spa)

Great location, very friendly and competent staff at check in and service !! The downside is- the swimmingpool is really small and mostly overcrowded - sauna is small - parts of spa were out of oder - I had to leave the sauna at 6.30 though officially as stated in papers in the elevator it is open until 7 pm. Room service varied in quality.

Our stay at Castel Clara was really great. The view from the rooms on the shore line were awesome and we really enjoyed it. I can recommendstaying there and dine at the Le 180 restaurant. Great experience and worth the money.

The rooms in the main building were undergoing a substantial renovation and were not ready as expected, so we stayed in the 2. building with the older rooms, we did receive an up-grade to a suite. Interior was standard but the view... smashing. We believe to think that after the renovation this will become a perfect spot. The staff was helpful and very service orientated.

The staff were without exception very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, but the shower was weak and you had to climb in and out of the bath, not ideal. However the menus in the restaurant/s were limited, and on the whole the hotel is over-priced.

Spectacular location, friendly - but not always super-efficient staff. Rooms comfortable and clean, but in need of updating (no air conditioning, poor showers). Food excellent at gastronomic restaurant, but less good at Cafe Clara.

TOUT ETAIT PARFAIT, Le personnel très aimable à nos petit soins et très professionnels. Entière satisfaction de notre court séjour. Le dîner très gastronomique absolument divin, le petit déjeuner à ne pas savoir quoi choisir nous avions envie de tout. Quand à la chambre d'une propreté parfaite, vue sur sur la petite crique adorable avec ses petits bateaux. Bravo au Castel Clara à recommander.

Our booking made in May for a room with sea view was made in January . We were shocked to be told on check in that a room with sea view booked 5 months previously was not available due to an IT error . This is not what is to be expected if a Relais Chateau establishment . This was a bad start to what was otherwise an enjoyable stay: the food at both breakfast and dinner was excellent and of particular note was the friendly cheerful and efficient staff throughout the hotel from chamber maid to breakfast staff to dinner waiters and waitresses . The island of la Belle Ile sur mer is a delight for walking and cycling and this hotel makes for a comfortable place to explore its charms .

I absolutely loved my stay on the Island and it is probably my favorite Island I've visited so far. The E-Bike rental was great, the pickup service was good, but the hotel itself seemed a bit underwhelming for the price. Don't get me wrong, it was not bad, but we paid top dollar and therefore I would've expected a tad bit more. Generally very friendly staff but besides reception, hardly any of the staff spoke English. If you can get a good deal go.
