X Hotel Taikoo Riaduo, Sanlitun, Beijing

The hotel is in an excellent location. It is in Sanlitun. The Sanlitun Bar street is around the corner, less than a 10 minute walk as well as Taikooli Mall. The Forbidden City and Palace are 25 minutes away. Apart from that, the hotel rooms are very, very small. It was mostly clean. After unpacking, we saw a couple dead bugs on the floor, in the corners. Later into our stay, we noticed the toilet leaking water in the back. While the housekeeping staff was friendly, they stored their carts and supplies at the end of the hall and each morning around 9am, it would be loud with lots of talking outside of the door as they prepared to work. The housekeeping staff also returned my daughter’s watch that she left in the room after we checked out. Thanks!!! The beds are small but very comfortable. The air conditioning works great. The front desk agents speak English and we used a translation app for the rest. There is no breakfast available. I would consider staying here again because of the location, but I think the price should be less.

Location is good and convenient.. hotel is good for the price.. hotel staff was friendly but hotel is old.. location is good it is near home plate (must eat while there) and it’s conveniently located near bar street for those who like to party.. rooms are small but would stay there again. Hotel did not provide toothbrush and things.

The service was considerably above average. The receptionist was magnanimous toward my relations and we were able to have our solitary catnap.

Friendly at the front desk. Convenient location close to the embassies and also there is shopping mall 5 minutes away.

Clean but small rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful and onside free guest laundry is very handy. Quite far from tourist sites and metronis a small walk away. Bikes very helpful to get around.

Nice location not far from subway, embassy district. Everything is good in the room, maybe not so much free space. They upgraded my room free of charge and were pleased for any my ask.
