リウ パレス プンタ カナ - オールインクルーシブ(Riu Palace Punta Cana - All Inclusive)

Fue un regalo para mi padre por sus 50 años y la pasó increíble. Dice que las instalaciones son impresionantes y la comida fue inigualable. ¡Y ni hablar del excelente servicio! La habitación estaba impecable y cada empleado era atento a cada una de sus necesidades. Realmente volvemos nuevamente y con mucha alegría. ¡Enhorabuena!

酒店的Riu party 很有特色

Beach and pool areas were beautiful. Could be more onsite events for entertainment, etc. Rooms were nice but lacked multiple pillows and had a slightly musty odor

First let me start off by saying, the entertainment staff was the best part of everything I give them a 10/10 they were engaging, nice and understood they not only had their job but looked like they were having fun in the process. Always asked to dance, and get involved in activities. The cleaning staff was doing good, we don’t drink that much so the only thing that our mini fridge was filled when it needed to be. Again don’t expect that to be changed everyday unless you request it. Cleaning staff made sure that everything looked nice and clean for us everyday. I believe we got lucky because I had no issues with our room, ac was fine, bathroom was good and the room was nice. Cleaning staff 8/10. food … I don’t expect much when I leave the country because they cater to Americans that have no flavor in their life… sorry not sorry. I like seasoning & I like foreign food. I did not want to eat American food and I just wanted some mangu con salami y queso for breakfast lmao. But the options weren’t that good, I went to all the restaurants and I only enjoyed the Buffett so did my mom, that’s really because we had a wider variety of what we could choose from. Fruits and veggies were always fresh and tasted amazing, can’t say all the food was bad but it could have been better. I wish people would stop going out the country if you don’t want to eat good food & eat pizza and burgers. Food gets a 6/10 for me. Now to the service in general, 10/10 PARTY 10/10 hotel 8.6/10

We had a wonderful vacation! The hotel was so clean and the staff were very friendly! We celebrated our 25 Anniversary there and Raul and the rest of the staff made our night extra special!!!

Loved this property. Free transfer to airport and they were more than happy to confirm my transfers to/from activities off the property. They send you the Wi-Fi code before you even get there so I set my phone up immediately with no issues. They have multiple restaurants but we mainly ate at the Buffett because of the different opening/closing times. Walk out of your room to multiple pools and the beach in less than 5 minutes. It is also beside the other RIU properties-walking distance. Will visit this property again.

The property is well maintained and has a great location. Staff are extremely responsive and helpful, entertainment options are good, they really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome! I would come to this resort again!

I had to leave the hotel due to my room being disgustingly dirty. No one offered help!! I’m very annoyed with the entire situation

Me and my wife stayed here for a week in Feb 2024. I have zero complaints. The staff is wonderful and helpful. Our rooms were cleaned meticulously every day. The food was excellent. The beach was beautiful. We will definitely be back.
