My suggestion is ******* suppose to remove this hotel from their booking list, when I arrived I was given truly bad room with unclean bad... I question about it, and they said sine I booked via online / *******... this is only room available.
Since the room is not in good condition, they asked me to pay additional cash to upgrade to better room and unfortunately I have no choice and end-up with I paid double the price.
If ******* is standing behind for their customers... I should get my money back.
Location of the hotel also I wont visit again.
