バタム シティ ホテル(Batam City Hotel)

I got con to stay here… by Trip.com or by the Hotel? I see the picture in platform was a high rise building hotel… but when check-in… the reception told me I going to stay in the shop house hotel… in olden days… that was for people have short time… smelly corridor… door no safety latch… hotel not advisable for ladies… for the price… can stay better hotel in Nagoya area… Good side… hotel near BCS Mall… near Penuin Wet Market… beside hotel is K-Circle… few massage place near hotel… you judge yourself… but a no..no for me…

Having a unforgettable time spend in Batam city hotel. It was quite spacious for two people staying in deluxe room. View with face to another building but still can see the clear sky. Breakfast was quite worth it as serve from 7am-10am. Variety types of different cuisine breakfast of course I like the local dessert as well. Great location just 3mins away to instagrammable cafe. Will comeback again for next time.

1st time coming to Batam booked at year end season which is why we got this area,We were looking to get Ashton but it was fully booked The sink was weird as the water came out WHITE MILKY not sure what’s wrong with it but it smelled as if over chlorinated water. I stayed at Lvl 9 but each nite the PUB’s music could be heard from my room when the PUB is located in Lvl 1,We’re in BCH 2 which looked like the newer building. Breakfast was okay but abit disappointing as not very much of selections. Location wise we’re good as we are walking distance away from A2 Food court and Grand Batam Center Mall.

Good location. Near to BCS & Grand Batam. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

The room that we stayed is big. The location is just nice near foodcourt

Very good location, near the market. 200 metres to BCS mall. Hotel have in house karaoke and pub. SPA special promotions and cheap. Surrounded with eateries. Below hotel have 24 hrs mart.

The hotel location is very strategic, all within walking distance to the famous A2 Food Court, Batam City Square Mall & Grand Batam Mall. There are also have 24 hours of convenient stores besides the hotel. Their hotel buffet breakfast is simple and not much choices but is good for a quick breakfast before heading out. The cleanliness can be improved especially their bath towel should change to a new one, found out black and dirty mark in the towel.

pros: hotel was near to BCS mall which was good & other massage chains eg. reborn, tuina & spa central cons: dirty & disgusting rooms. checked out a day earlier cos we just couldn’t stand it anymore. big stains throughout the bedsheets, blankets & curtains. wall was moldy & had piles of dust stacked against each other. 1 of us even had bedbugs that multiplied from 2 to 4 within the 2 nights we were there. while showering, parts of the wall just fell off…plugs in the room were also really off….one of the worst hotel i’ve ever been to…

WiFi was very bad in the room, we were there for holidays yet the WiFi was always on & off till we need to switch to our own data while on the stay. Need to improve badly beside that all were well. The rooms are much more better than Gideon. Thank you.
