アモリ ヴィラズ(Amori Villas)

We LOVED our stay at Amori Villas. It was the perfect place for us to stay with our two little children. A small hotel with only ten rooms in a stunning setting with beautiful jungle and river views. Only 15 minutes away from the centre of Ubud yet a different world in a beautiful quiet village. The Amori staff us AMAZING, they went out of their way to keep us happy at all times. The food is delicious, we stayed in many nights to enjoy the wonderful meals made by the friendly chef who invited us to look over her shoulder while cooking. The room is an authentic Balinese villa overlooking the valley, which is spacious enough for a family of four. (you also get visits by sneaky little monkeys which was a highlight for our children). If you are looking for an authentic Balinese experience, away from the big hotels but with all the luxurious of a nice room, delicious food, attentive staff and bratislava compound which is also family friendly, look no further!

I loved my time at Amori Villas, it's a truly magical spot and a hidden gem in Ubud. Tucked away from the town centre, but only around a 10-minute drive, it's the perfect location to explore from. When you enter the restaurant you'll be stuck by the incredible breathtaking views over the valley, the stunning pool and the quietness and charm of the area. The staff are exceptional, really lovely and I felt so safe and at home as I was visiting solo. The food is great and I ordered a lot from the restaurant. I have such wonderful memories of my time at Amori, and I highly recommend staying. I've travelled a lot and stayed in many different hotels etc, and there was something very special about Amori.

The experience of travelling to Bali for a Mindfulness and Meditation retreat at Amori Villas in Ubud was sensational. The beauty of the area, the hospitality and care shown by the staff was very special. Food preparation was done to a high standard, rooms very clean and layout of bungalows supported freedom of space. The pool was sensational and the dancing at the end was very special. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

This is a luxury retreat location with 5 star staff and facilities. We were pampered by head steward Dayu who had an eye for detail and promptly enabled every activity we requested. Her calm and smiley face greated us each day and ensured our visit was faultless. Head butler Masar openly shared his Hindu culture at the villa grounds as well as at enchanting spiritual locations that his fleet of well appointed cars took us to. He was very obliging with helping us at various hours of the day, making sure we safely arrived, departed and toured the region. His co-drivers were equally impressive. I've booked again for this year, because the stunning valley location, facilities, services and staff could not be surpassed.

There are no words to describe the beauty and abundance of the Amori experience. All the breathtaking pictures I saw online as I was booking the Villa for my luxurious yoga retreat can ever do justice to this paradise on earth as I stepped through the front gate. Nestled in the lush tropical jungle, above the holy river, views so majestic that you cannot take your eyes from it. Every room is different and detailed to perfection. Rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless. Also every room had everything you could possible need and more. It’s easy to relax and enjoy your holiday when you are looked after and your holiday home includes everything you might possibly need. Food was Delicious! Menu included both western and Indonesian cuisine and chef worked well with every dietary restriction. Everything about this place is divine, but the greatest thing about Amori is the people in it. I have travelled the world all my life and haven’t yet find more kind and graceful hospitality staff. Every one was always helping, making us feel welcomed, sharing and caring. Inviting us to participate in ceremonies and telling us about the culture. Thanks to this beautiful staff Amori is like a well-oiled machine, everything works on time and life is smooth 😊 I could braise about this place for ages, but the only way for you to understand all this is to pack your bags and head down to Amori and experience it all yourself 😊 Forever grateful for these past 10 days and I’ll be back in 6 months for sure! My stay at Amori Villas was wonderful. Great staff, super nice accommodation. I felt very comfortable. The view is beautiful and the pool is a dream. The booked massages and the food on site are highly recommended. Marsa the driver was very nice and had valuable recommendations for excursions in the area. Thanks to the team. I was able to relax very well :)

This place is absolutely unique, a piece of paradise so close to the heart of Ubud. Surroundings, comfort, good food (delicious breakfasts!), spa area (I recommend a fantastic massage from Putri) - perfect! But it's the crew that makes this place truly special. they are friendly, open and at the same time professional, attentive and helpful. Thank you Marsa for showing me interesting places in Bali, but also sharing stories about the culture and traditions of this extraordinary island and the opportunity to experience it literally by taking part in ceremonies and family celebrations. Thank you Dayu for our interesting conversations, Thank you Mozie, Denny, Ayu, Komang, Indria and everyone else. Thanks to you, I felt at home in Amori. I will definitely come back here. I recommend it to anyone who wants comfort, relaxation, individual approach and at the same time real contact with the Balinese soul.

My daughter and I recently attended a yoga retreat hosted by a dear friend at Amori Villas! It was our first trip to Bali and from the moment we arrived, the lovely staff showered us with kindness and attended to every need. The food was the perfect blend of Balinese cooking with some western comfort food. We indulged in self-care spa services, yoga, pool time, and our Valley View room was beautiful. The half outdoor bathroom was inviting, but may not be for everyone. Staying at Amori is a very immersive experience as you are a part of the village life just outside Ubud. As caretakers and drivers, Marsa and Murgr shared their beautiful culture with us through a village walk, a primary school visit, unique medicine healer experiences, as well as trips to popular tourist destinations and shopping trips to Ubud. This is the adventure trip of a lifetime! We would love to go back one day as the staff feels like family!

I recently returned from leading a yoga retreat at Amori. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful space. The staff was friendly and caring. The food was delicious and nourishing. The yoga shala breathtaking. Everything about Amori was special. The only thing I would mention is that rooms 6 & 7 are a bit more rustic which can be wonderful for some and not great for others. Either way, Amori is a place to visit. A special shout out to Marsa, Moni, Dyau, Deny, Guday and Iyu and all those who helped to make our group feel loved and cared for during our time. It's one of those places that will forever touch your spirit and soul.
