Location is quite central, most places are within walking distance. Room was comfortable and faces the padi field. However, be expected to be woken up by the padi farmer who will be pulling a string of cans to disperse the birds from the fields every morning (around 6am I think) =D.

Nous n’avons pas testé l’hôtel , seulement le massage balinais (en couple) au spa et grosse déception! -accueil expéditif , -masseuses pressées de finir alors qu elles n’ont pas commencé , -qualité du massage médiocre (nous avons connu bien mieux) - le tout dans une ambiance qui sent l’humidité et avec une hygiène à revoir …bref cela ne restera pas un bon souvenir ! Nous sommes repartis tous seuls comme nous étions venus sans revoir les masseuses !

I’m so bummed about this accomodation, I really wanted to like it. I love staying in tree house style accomodation wherever possible when I’m in Bali, but this one fell short. The positives: I want to note that staff were lovely - greeted with big smiles and they allowed me to drop my bag prior to check in which I appreciated. Dinner and breakfast at on-site Warung was lovely. The treehouse is aesthetically beautiful from the outside, as are the landscaped tropical grounds which are stunning. The pools were very clean. Location is great, walking distance everywhere. The negatives: Given its nature of being a bamboo treehouse, it’s incredibly loud. But you cannot take one step without a huge creak. After a while it just becomes annoying, particularly when you can hear other creaking bamboo houses just metres from you. It totally saps the relaxation out of the visit. I’m understanding that treehouse accomodation will be more “rustic”, but the bathroom wasn’t acceptable. The shower curtain was filthy and covered in mould. Mould creeps up the walls. The rainfall shower head has calcification and the water sprays everywhere. Everything needed a thorough clean. I was in room Petung 111 which was right next to the pool. Avoid at all costs - there is a huge spotlight on the pool which lights up your entire room like a football field and never turns off at night. In the photos uploaded there is a photo of my room curtains - this was how bright my room was while I was trying to sleep! In terms of noise, you can hear everyone around you. I stayed as a solo traveller and while safety was of no concern, I did feel uncomfortable - hearing people so close to your house that it sounds like they’re in the same treehouse as you feels unnerving at times and I just couldn’t relax. The outdoor chairs on the balcony need to be treated/cleaned more thoroughly, the backs of my knees and legs became covered in cane mite bites and I had to go to the chemist for treatment. Put a towel or sarong down on the chair and table on the balcony before you use it. Wifi is patchy at best. It wasn’t all bad, but for me the negatives definately outweighed the positives. You can get the treehouse vibe in similarly priced venues around the area with a lot more privacy and comfort. If you’re going to stay here, try the villas instead and that way you can get the best of both worlds.

Hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff were amazing! i traveled with my friend and we booked the bamboo house for 2 nights before moving to seminyak. It's nice that they had a Twin Bed Room at the Bamboo House too. The Bamboo House located quite a distance from lobby but the staff helped us to carry our luggage so we were relief. We liked our room there even though we had quite a short time staying in the resort. One morning, we went out for a quick breakfast at the restaurant by the pool and when we arrived back to the room, our room was made up already! Fast and impressive! if we go back to Ubud, we will definitely choose this hotel again!

Le lieu est superbe. 3 piscines à disposition. Très bien situé dans ubud. Pour nous chambre avec un lit confortable et grand, donnant sur la rizière. Moustiquaire au cas où mais pas trop de moustiques. Nul besoin de clim la nuit vous dormez au son de la vie nocturne. Charmbre en haut, salle de bain en bas. Petite terrasse avec chaises table et transat confortable. Cerise... petit bassin avec ses poissons et lotus à nos pieds. Bonheur. Bémol petit déjeuner vraiment trop long et thé et café même goût... En fait cela pourrait être 5 etoiles.il manque un peu d exigence au niveau gestion du lieu. Toutefois excellent rapport qualité prix. Je recommande.

Staff are amazing. Very friendly. Breakfast is very good. Hotel has everything you need. Highly recommend

The staff are absolutely top notch, friendly, welcoming and helpful. The grounds of the hotel are well kept, clean and peaceful. Although close to Ubud centre, you'll feel like you're away in the countryside. The rooms are a little dated, although they did have all the amenities such as kettle/tea/coffee/fridge/hairdryer/safety deposit box it did feel a bit basic. The bathroom was a little mouldy/slightly unclean, and the hot water was tempermental however this may have been due to the age? Unfortunately it appeared my sheets had not been cleaned from the previous guests, however this was rectified within an hour of me reporting it. The location of the hotel is great, very close to Ubud centre, very convenient with lots of shops and restaurants down the road. Fantastic staff and great location, not quite the 4* on the website but good if you need a bed and AC.
