ヴィラ バヤド(Villa Bayad)

This is a truly stunning villa. A rare case where the reality is even better than the websites pictures etc. Each room was beautifully appointed, the beds incredibly comfortable, the infinity saltwater pool both enormous and spotless. And we were so well looked after by Komang and his team. Nothing was too much trouble. Lastly the catering was superb. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Villa Bayad with the family was five days in Paradise. The grounds and scenery are breathtakingly beautiful, the rooms are huge with authentic Balinese style, the food is delicious, and the staff could not be friendlier and more accommodating. We have travelled the world in style, but this my my new happy place!

This place is truly a fairytale. It is a stunning property nestled in a quieter part of Ubud. We stayed for 3 nights with 2 young children and it was the perfect escape from the busier parts of the island. The staff, led by the butler Komang, are more accommodating than a five star hotel. The chef’s food was so good we never wanted to eat anywhere else. Every morning we woke up to fresh coffee on the balcony, freshly squeezed fruit juices, platters of the tastiest fruits we’ve ever had, and any type of breakfast you can imagine. The property has a majestic swimming pool overlooking the river and rice fields (there is also a smaller dipping pool). The bedrooms were large, beautiful, and the beds very comfortable. Every part of the huge property is a work of art and nature intertwined. My favorite part was the lower gardens that can only be reached by winding steps down a hill. This place is medicine for the soul. I can’t wait to come back to this treasure!

Villa Bayad was the most gorgeous, peaceful, friendly Villa we have ever stayed at and we have traveled the world. Komang, the butler, will take amazing care of all of your needs and desires. He will truly bend over backwards to ensure you have an amazing stay. We will miss Komang. Sri the chef prepares better meals than we had at 5 Star resorts. We ate every meal at the villa, despite the amazing restaurants in Ubud. The villa is truly a tropical paradise overlooking the jungle and rice fields. The sunrise is amazing as the mist rises from the jungle. My kids loved the experience. The staff did some special things for them like making offerings, kite making, welcome drink making class, and teaching them to play a balinese instrument. They prepared a very special birthday party for my daughter - she felt very very special due to their kindness, decorations and attention. What a special place to have celebrated her birthday! We could not be more pleased with our experience. We left Villa Bayad and had a terrible experience at Plataran Ubud so that really highlighted how amazing our experience truly was at Villa Bayad. Thank you thank you thank you. We are sad to leave.

We lived in the villa for six weeks. Everything was perfect there! The rooms, the pool and the kitchen and living room are all clean and very neat. The villa is done in Balinese style with attention to detail. It is very nice as you feel at home and not like you are in a hotel. The baths in the rooms are a separate love! Separately, I want to mention the bed and pillows - very comfortable. The grounds of the villa are very well maintained, thank you very much to the garden girls! Special thanks to the manager of the villa Komang! Very polite, friendly and always willing to help. Also a big thank you to our kitchen fairies Sri and Putu for the delicious food they have spoiled us all throughout the 6 weeks! This villa is perfect for a romantic getaway as well as for a group of friends or for a large family.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Bayad - the place is just amazing and the staff is the best. Love that place - it is paradise. If you want a villa that is private and peaceful - Villa Bayad is the place! And the food they make is fantastic !!!
