Had 2 issues:
Theft of money claim
Handphone left behind in grab.
Theft of money claim - hotel staff interviewed the masseuse, reviewed cctv footage and shared investigation with me.
Grab contacted hotel about the left behind handphone. Hotel reached out to me to ask about it, I gave them a contact person to link up with to return the phone. And that was sorted.
