Very poor experience so far (I’m still in the hotel for a short business trip), was used to a much better standard : - AC not working well (blocked on dryer mode certainly to reduce electricity cost) - service is pretty bad (staff seems totally lost), - hygiene of the room not satisfactory at all (hairs on the bathroom) - room service food was awful (took a burger, bread was clearly reheated, no salt, no pepper, no sauces, no ice for my warm coke), - not cold beer on the pool, when I asked to replace the bottle, the server tried to make it cool on the ice… in front of me, I had to insist that they have to bring me a new one. To make a long story short, not at all the standard I was use to before Covid pandemic.
