Best Western Columbia River Waterfront Hotel Astoria

Couples getaway... A little outside of the main town but it is as about getting away, so it was all go

All is good except would prefer location closer to town

Staff were kind, room was basic but had plenty of room for my family. Would definitely stay here again for a family friendly budget trip. Hotel is right near the water and we could hear the seals at night but not enough to keep us awake.

The desk staff were friendly and helpful. It is a good location. The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was well maintained and staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. They also take dogs and the pet fee is very reasonable.

Good value for the price. Wish the pool was heated and clean. If offering a inside pool year round we didn't expect it to be to cold to use.

The hot tub was great. The pool was very cold and must have been used a lot the night before as there it was a little dirty in some spots. Breakfast was good! It was a nice experience and great customer service. We would stay there again.

This was by far my worst hotel stay in years. Upon arrival, the receptionist could not find our reservation and i told them i had proof on my phone. She rolled her eyes at me and harassed me about using a third party company. She got us in a room. And then found out that she had created a new reservation and now I'm double charged and now am out 500 dollars for several days. And i have bills that now will be late. The room was great and a great free breakfast.

Location- choices of breakfast- spacious room- comfortable bed and clean bedding. Very pleasant stay.
