Really good location. Parking for 3 cars, no more. But safety and convenient. Good shower, good plumbing. Purity. There are snakes and lizards in the territory. They provided only one bottle of water for two person per day.

The Hotel is a small and cosy 4 rooms newly renovated villa and was kept clean and well maintained. Mahinda who was the receptionist, cook, and was one man show was friendly and flexible. A real gentleman! The hotel room is large in size, clean and basic with Bathroom with hot shower! The electric shower is not connected to the overhead shower, so the hot water comes out of the handheld shower and not the overhead shower. To run on the electric shower you just need to the inlet valve. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Overall I would recommend this hotel !! Enjoy 😊

Having previously stayed here pre-pandemic, we returned for a few nights during our Sri Lanka annual trip. The place has been fully renovated. Staff are friendly & helpful, rooms are spotlessly clean, super cold air-con, hot water with rain shower, a nice finish., ohhh and a super cosy super king bed The place is a great location for us, it’s near town, there’s a few restaurants nearby, near the temples and 2-3min away in TukTuk from the main train station that we caught from Colombo. We had a great stay at the  ivy lake. We was welcomed by a very friendly receptionist who helped carry our babys pushchair to the guest room. The rooms was very spacious and excellent for the price we paid. The aircon was free, great water pressure in the shower and free shampoo and body wash. The comfort of the bed was better than mine at home. I was a little worried about other reporting bugs and mosquitos, but there was only a few, which is expected in a tropical country.   We had a delicious breakfast in their outdoor coffee shop and dinner after we visited the temples. They have a great outdoor coffee shop with a variety of drinks and food. We wanted to stay another day, but they was full, but we will return next year. Thank you for everything

Our visit to the hotel was an enjoyable one. It was located near the railway which was convenient to walk too. There isn’t much dining options in Anuradhapura, but fortunalty they have a restaurant here and a relaxing outdoor coffee shop. My daughter loved the Oreo milkshakes and brownies! The rooms are not luxury, but a good size with fast wifi throughout, massive bed, functioning air-con and super clean! The cleaning lady is so sweet! We arranged all our trips with the hotel, they priced as same as everywhere else. I would recommend this place completely.

Our stay at Ivy Lake was fantastic. Rooms clean and comfortable in a great location. In particular Mihindran was particularly helpful and took very good care of all of us. Nothing was too much for him and he was there whenever we needed him. He is also an amazing chef. He is an asset to the hotel :-) I highly recommend this hotel.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received during my recent stay at this hotel. Due to a tightly packed schedule and the need to attend a religious event on time, I was only able to stay at the hotel for a short period, resting for approximately 7-8 hours. I would like to commend the staff for their exceptional assistance during my stay. They not only provided me with an early check-in option but also went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and convenience. This gesture was tremendously helpful and greatly appreciated, considering my time-sensitive commitments. Once again, I am grateful for the outstanding service. I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future and will recommend it to others as well.

We booked a room for two nights. They help us in many ways to enjoy our trip to Anuradhapura. The place is near the Nuwara Wewa. We rented 2-foot cycles from this place and had a great evening riding them on tank bund.  They help us prepare "kiri ahara" for morning Buddha puja in Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi. The next day, we rent a scooter bike to travel around Atamasthana. Food is also good and reasonable. Supportive staff. Highly recommended places to stay
