The location was great. Rooms were very clean and accommodating. The on-site restaurant and bar were wonderful. Joe the bartender was stellar, happy hour at bar was awesome and the food at the restaurant was fantastic. We’ll be back!

Although not overly loud we didn’t feel our normal movements and activities were not disturbing to others. The room temperature fluctuated quite a bit. The shower was fun. The staff were helpful. The restaurant was delicious.

I have stayed here several times. Always for business trips, but this hotel would be great for families. Great breakfast (for a fee, but realistic cost) Clean. Comfortable. Very modern and great amenities. When in Ann Arbor, this is my go to hotel. Frequent business traveler. This hotel is a hidden gem.

We spend only one night at the hotel we enjoyed the room and the pool area. Very relaxing for a soft family night away. Friendly personnel. Nice architecture allows to reach the pool area from every floor. And the cabana bar is also very welcoming.

Nice hotel. Very nice bathroom/showers. Good restaurant and bar connected to the hotel. Stay here when I can (usually wait for a deal).

The atrium/pool area is so nice, and the sauna is a rare and wonderful treat. The rooms and bathrooms are updated and beautiful. This is my second visit, and I know I will be back

Overall great stay! The amenities were wonderful. Appreciated the kid-free hours although the sauna was rather dirty. Will stay again, however.

Clean, middle aged oriented accommodations. The staff are less welcoming to young couples. Bathroom is the best part for sure. A real door on the bathroom would be nice. The housekeeping staff ignored the do not disturb sign multiple mornings which was alarming to wake up to. The bed did have a giant stain that I noticed halfway through the stay. Overall the room was cleaner than I expected. The amenities with the pool and billiards area is great! however it closes at 12pm which sometimes feels too early after having to wait your turn for the kids to leave. The staff promptly close it all down very abruptly. The restaurant service is pleasant, however limited hours is a negative. I experienced extremely Limited vegan options or dairy allergy options. The vip perk was not explained properly. Also missed out due to the limited opening hours of bar/restaurant. Ann Arbor is safe and enjoyable to explore. You do need a car to get around for sure though based on the location of this hotel. There are so many excellent restaurants and cafes in the downtown area!

The bathroom had many “gadgets” and technology that was impressive. The room was comfortable with a retro chair. The only downside was the expensive food in the restaurant. We plan on going back.
