Personally I faced some problems, like door lock not smooth to open, no room sleepers, little darkness at rooms corridor, price little expensive then the stay experience

Had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Few points that I would like to highlight about my stay: 1. Rooms were very clean and our concerns were addressed immediately 2. Restaurant was amazing, their buffet spread had ***y delicious options. Service was excellent, we were extremely happy with the services offered by Anubha, Amith and Kushbu 3. Housekeeping was good as well, special thanks to Sunny and his team. Overall we had an excellent stay, I highly recommend this place..

From the moment we stepped foot in the lobby, we were greeted with Geniune warmth and hospitality, The room was spotless and well-kept throughout our entire visit. We were truly impressed by the meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel’s service. The hotel’s restaurant surpassed our expect with mouthwatering dishes and outstanding service. The food was amazing and even the staff was too good. They helped us with everything and especially made us cutomisable jain food. They were ready all the time to help us. Ms. Twinkle and Mr.Nikhil were also too helpful and very friendly when it came to serve us.

I stayed for one night but it was an amazing experience. Actually we checked in early so they upgraded me the room category and it was amazing. Food is excellent and staff behaviour is so amazing . I will definitely recommend to stay in Regenta Central whenever I will visit Amritsar .

Every staff is very helpfull and supportive, Mr rakhvinder don't let you feel that you are out of home specially when you taking breakfast or dinner in restaurant. Location of hotel is also good, chef Rajan serve excellent masala tea. So overall excellent experience

Everything was perfect service at restaurant was good .... specially twinkle was courteous food was excellent quality location near to golden temple was great help and saved our time.. rooms are neat and clean.... it was too comfortable stay in this hotel
