I love the feel of this hotel. The rooms are clean and cozy. There's a window seat, and a nice desk area in the room itself. The indoor pool was heated and was nice. The staff are courteous and prompt in helping with any issues. I will definitely be staying here again!

This is my second visit and I couldn't be happier with this hotel. The beds are sooo comfortable! The hotel is so clean and the front desk people are very friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

Service was friendly and accommodating. Only one "issue" during my stay. When I arrived, it appeared that the sheets had not been changed (yikes!). When I spoke to the front desk, management attended to the problem (new bedding) right away.

There was a small blood stain on the mattress (not sheets) but they credited me $77. I think it could have been more since we paid almost $250 a night but I am grateful for their fast response. Besides that, no other issues.

Stay was normal. They have check out got a shower. Realize I had my headphones on, took them off and hung them on the curtain rod. Went and checked out drove about 15 minutes away realized where my headphones were. Called immediately and the lady at the front desk said they will get them and put them aside.
I’ll check back in that evening and I said something each day multiple times about my headphones, and they said they were never found. The guy at the front desk acted like I was lying about my headphones
Overall very disappointed in staff and not collecting my headphones right away when I called
