Best Western Alexandria Inn

Best weserns are mostly nice. So is this one

The front desk staff was pleasant. The facilities were very run down and in disrepair. We were in our king room, the pool are and the gym facilities.... all needed attention.

We were very happy with our stay. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious also

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is conveniently located to restaurants and stores. The hotel is clean but needs to be updated

Appreciated how clean the pool and hot tub were. Rooms were a little outdated but clean and comfortable.

The rooms were clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Convenient location off the interstate. Well lit parking lot.

Used to staying at holiday Inn. In fact have stayed there for years. We love the restaurant. I actually thought I reserved room there,but when went to check in i had the wrong hotel. IT WAS FUNCTIONAL AND CLEAN,BUT I WONT STAY THERE AGAIN. WE REALLY MISSED AN ATTA HED BAR A D RESTAURANT

Both the sink and tub drains were very, very slow to drain. When we turned the heat on, the curtains blew out and the heat was just going up to the window. Had to put shoes on the window seal to keep them down. Breakfast was delicious!!

The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and friendly.--comfortable beds. Very quiet. Good breakfast. 👍
