Very suitable and convenient for our quick stay. - great breakfast was included too. :-)

it was good n good for last minute

The property was close to the event I was attending. Overall the stay was fine, but there are some things housekeeping and maintenance need to address: - The floors in the room need a detail clean around all the edges, corners and around furniture. Lots of dirt and dust bunnies collecting everywhere. - The sofa bed was not usable - glad I didn't need it. - The shower drain was very slow and there was no trap or screen over the top. Backed up and I had to stand in an inch of water when showering.

Had a great stay at Ramada Hotel Albert Lea. The place was super clean, and the staff paid great attention to detail. Breakfast went above and beyond, offering a variety of delicious options. Huge shoutout to the amazing staff!

When we arrived at the hotel the check in process was very slow. We waited for 15 20 mins for a lady to check in in front of us. When it was our turn the gentlemen at the desk informed us about out room and how it is normally cold because the heat cannot be adjusted, and they normally have it blocked off. Instead of just switching rooms he left it up to us. We said we would try it. After eating our dinner anf going to the pool we realized we needed to switch. The pool area was really cold. They had a floor fan running in there, and the water its self was very cold, my children could not enjoy it. After switching rooms and trying to give kids a bath one of the bathtub plugs didnt keep water in. When we went down for breakfast in the morning the dinning area was very cold. It felt like the whole hotel didnt have heat. I have medical conditions that cause poor circulation.

Easy to get to. Room was nice. Wood planking floors though so floor was a little cold. Clean enough but there was a used coffee pod left in coffee pot from previous guests. Nice lobby area. Looked like a nice continental breakfast but we only grabbed rolls and muffins as we were going to meet relatives for lunch later.

Everything was good. Clean and convenient. Breakfast was not great but free.

Yuck. We were quite disappointed in our stay here. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom, hair stuck on the shower wall… the bedding was stained. We asked the night desk guy for bedding for the hide-a-bed and the bench, and he gave us a table linen for a sheet (which was stained and not even big enough to cover the mattress), and one of the blankets was covered in dust bunnies. Couldn’t wait to check out in the morning. Breakfast, however, was the only positive thing: it was surprisingly good and there were plenty of options to choose from.

The staff is very unpleasant, the entire hotel needs cleaning , there was a place in my room for a smoke detector the box and wires were present but no smoke detector, the tub faucet leaked and it had to be a 1940 faucet. There is nothing about the hotel that is nice
