At my arrival to desk clerks, maybe in training one was very nice the other one what was training her maybe trying her maybe the maybe she was a manager stuck up attitude service was nice room tiles dirty in the bathroom she smelly carpet dirty overall we may do and we’re comfortable. I love for $200 past shoes in my room I called the hotel never received a call back from housekeeping no way, saying yes or no did they find them but again we made ourselves comfortable and we’re very happy and please until I realize my shoes were left in the room after my stay

Service staff was exceptional.Food not good.Except for chickhen wings were great. bed was too hard to sleep on parking was not near doors no close disabled parking rooms were very clean surrounding area very nice good outward appearance

I love everything about this hotel they really made me feel at home. If you want really good breakfast stop there make sure to get the grits 👨‍🍳 Tellis makes they were phenomenal

We stayed at this hotel because it was right across the street from the Civic Center where we went for a Blues Concert. The hotel staff were professional and friendly. They were helpful when we asked questions and giving us information regarding the hotel. We loved walking through the park (I believe it's called Riverfront Park), which is located directly across the street in front of the hotel. There is a statue of Ray Charles in the area directly as you enter the park. They play all his songs on stereo's which are located all around his statue. I recommend this hotel because it is convenient to drive to stores and restaurants. There is also a Waffle House right next door to the hotel if you want something quick to eat.

We walked right across the street to see King George and then had Waffle House in the morning. Great location,very clean, and excellent service.

the property need and upgrade.water running all night in bathroom when you turn the water the hole thing about to come outta the wall,smell mold or something on third floor ttv was not working.
