We are regular customers of Al Sultan Beach Resort and have been coming here for the last ten years. For the last two years we have loved and enjoyed the fantastic Ramadn menu which at 90QAR. Unfortunately this year, things could not have gone more wrong. The management change has marked a demise in the previously varied and delicious food options. We couldn't be more upset with the new management decisions. We were astonished to find that this year the buffet is lacking in quality and choice. Not only that, the price has moved to 120Qqr per person. The desserts, which were previously one of the highlights of previous buffets was lacking in range and quality. There was no Arabic coffee available either. We would definitely think twice about coming here again whilst these new management decisions regarding profit over customer happiness remain in place. Lastly, it is the Holy Month and the prices should have been kept in place, not cynically hiked up at the expense of customer loyalty and satisfaction.
