第二次去了，太美了，酒店旁邊就是樂園，有各種通道可以過去。酒店本身就很好玩，全包酒店，有很多餐廳。唯一缺點就是那個位置風浪有點大，酒店有個浮潛很好的位置，但是要看運氣。設施很好，從機場過去基本200比索一個人。

還不錯哦，比想像的好，裏公園很近，晚上看完表演很方便，下回還會入住，不錯的體驗，很喜歡，很喜歡，很喜歡，餐有待改善。

Occidental was the perfect get a way! We added the unlimited xcaret experience which added in lots of activity and sight seeing! The resort offered comfortable accommodation, as well as wonderful food and drinks!

Overall stay was good, the room was clean and spacious, the food was so so… the nature vibes were really nice. The only thing is you have to pay for room service and took about 45 - 50 minutes.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The food is good, the staff is friendly, and the resort is beautiful. There is tons of wildlife around, monkeys, flamingos, iguanas etc. We were treated like royalty, our room was cleaned often and we were left a bottle of wine and chocolate covered strawberries, as well as our mini fridge stocked with cold drinks. We really enjoyed the food and found it to be extremely high quality for an all inclusive resort. There are beautiful beach spots and the main beach is very nice to swim in. Good music being played and everything was in reasonable walking distance. Excursions were very fairly priced through the hotel as well. This is the best all inclusive I’ve stayed at. We will definitely be back.

The Resort is amazing and the fact that it is right next door to Xcaret park is even better. The food could be better.

If a nature park and a resort had a child this would be it. Never felt overwhelming or busy. Lots of activities, clean and safe.

This was our third time staying at this resort. We were there 9 days. The resort grounds, pools, beach, common gathering areas are kept immaculate. Most workers are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The food at the ala carte restaurants, the beach club breakfasts, pacos tacos, piaza pizza are very tasty and fulfilling. The main buffet is okay for breakfast, but hit or miss at dinner. Depending on stay length, you are allotted a certain number of ala carte restaurant reservations. In our case, we were given 7 reservations, of which we used 5. We were successful in getting all reservations at a time we liked (6-7 pm), even when we had gone late at around 9:30 am. The seafood was the hardest to book earlier as it doesn't open until 7:00 and seems to book up quickly. We tried to book on our first morning at 7:30 am and earliest reservation available was 9:00 pm. We simply chose a different ala carte restaurant that evening and booked for 7:00 pm for another night. When we checked in, we had been given a room on the first floor which we did not prefer. We booked a king room and asked if there would be another room on another level. The woman at check in worked very hard with her manager and found a fantastic room for us. The when checking out, my husband left his cell phone in the room accidently. We were down to our last few minutes before leaving in the shuttle when security hunted us down and brought the phone to my husband. We are always treated like family.

It was not handicapped accessible. The ramps that existed were too steep for non-motorized wheelchairs, and the pathways through the grounds were uneven, with steep bridges over water and steep hills. We were basically confined to our room and the buffet, all on the same floor.
