Absolutely loved the place. We left the resort one time the whole 5 days lol. Food was great ESPECIALLY room service. Only thing I didn’t like was the cold water in the pool. We couldn’t even enjoy the swim out pool because the water was freezing.

This place is amazing!! The Bali Beds are so wonderful!! The people are so kind and accommodating. Miguel at the Seaside Suites took such GREAT care of us and gave us a Bali Bed everyday! He keep’s everything so clean and he is so friendly!! We will definitely return next year!!

Miriam, Luanda and Alejandro made our visit and stay super enjoyable. We met them along the beach when they were setting up activities but that wasn't our only interactions with them. Everytime we saw them, they stopped and chatted with us. Then there was Miguel, the Cabana Beach Boss. He took great care of us as well! Our goal was to have a good time and relax. This trip made that a reality and more. Everything was exactly as the website said but all the employees were awesome.

Love the Palms side of this resort. We love the proximity ti the beach, ocean view, lush vegetation snd Mexican feel. Restaurants are amazing! Our favourites are Casa Mia, Klay Talay and Cullinarium, for dinner. Cullinarium and Chef’s market have a good breakfast selection. Beach bbq is good but needs separate line for hot dogs and burgers. Also the salad dressings need to be upgraded to the standard Cesar, Ranch, blue cheese, oil and vinegar. Accommodations were comfortable, well maintained and room service was excellent. Staff are outstanding and very responsive to requests. Honestly could not fault this place. Me and my boyfriend stayed here last week 19/11/23 - 26/11/23 for 7 nights. We checked in and was greeted with prompt luggage collectors and a glass of Prosecco. We were given our door keys and we went to the room. Unfortunately we discovered a leak in our bathroom. We told reception and they offered us a room change the next day or a free spa trip. We didn’t want to change rooms as our room was stunning and in the most perfect location room 416. So we opted for the free spa and we even treated ourselves to a further body massage. It was amazing. The leak did not affect our stay in anyway and we accept things happen. The staff in the restaurants were the most outstanding waiters and waitresses. We’d especially like to commend Manuel who served our table on Fiesta Night. We left a good tip, he couldn’t have been more attentive to me and my partner, he’s great. The room - absolutely amazing. We stayed in room 416 which is in the premium block. The balcony here has a stunning view of both the sea and the gorgeous palm tree garden. The room was cleaned every single day without fail, clean sheets and mini fridge restocked. The bathroom even has heated flooring, The whirlpool bathtub is great too. My only small criticism is the food in the Mexican restaurant La Caretta, my boyfriend adored this restaurant but I found it to be quite bland and disappointing as I was excited to try authentic Mexican food. Perhaps I am just a fussy eater. The hotel staff say Hola to you whenever they pass you in the resort, which was super nice and just added to the atmosphere in my opinion.

I have travelled to over 15 all inclusive resorts in the last 10 years throughout Mexico, Cuba and Dominican. Mostly 5 star adult only. This is not a 5 star! Too many kinks! We booked a honeymoon suite for the extra amenities. The resort itself is clean and safe. The staff work very hard and you never go without hearing an hola from them all. They deserve tips. With the exception of a few which I will name later. The honeymoon suite room itself is nothing special from what other people get. That is disappointing. You also do not receive any special treatment for paying more for that experience. They do not work on a wrist band service. The room itself on the seaside side is nice and modern with a jacuzzi tub in your room and swim out. The swim outs seem murky but we witnessed them being cleaned daily. Not sure if they aren’t being treated with the same chemicals as the main pool. The pool is cold when it’s not sunny out. We experienced three windy cool days and found it difficult to find things to do but the weather is no one’s fault but Mother Nature. We were supposed to receive extra amenities due to booking the honeymoon suite but we had to ask for the floral arrangement which was disappointing as it arrived on our last day. The Mexican bbq on Fridays is well worth it. We arrived late due to our flight but it was still very good. We went to the beach bbq/fireshow on the Wednesday and were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! We waited over an hour in line for protein and there were no vegetables or salad dressing left for us. Their execution of the whole thing is a cluster F***. A free for all but people line up to be respectful but they do not have enough people refilling the other items. It was so disappointing and I wouldn’t waste your time. We went back to our room and ordered room service. YOU REALLY NEED TO FIGURE THIS OUT! Having hundreds of people seated at once with the type of process is unacceptable and irresponsible. We said screw it to the fire show because the meal was so awful. The buffet at seaside for breakfast is excellent. The Asian, Mexican and gourmet pub were excellent. We missed our Italian reservation. The food is exceptional considering you’re at an all inclusive. We had no complaints about the food and the 24 hour room service is great. Yes you will have the odd meal that is not hot but it is good. Be prepared to wait an hour but it is good otherwise. Save your ketchup for next time. The cabanas outside the beach are lovely and we always found one available. Take water shoes if you’re beach people. The staff- Sexy Luiana at the pool bar is lovely and always ready to entertain. Raul and Jesus at the pool bar are AWFUL!!!!!!. It’s like you are inconveniencing them every time you order a drink. They need to spend a day in bathroom duty to appreciate their job. Stayed a week at EDSS and had a wonderful time. Easy to get loungers or palapas both by pools and beach. At my previous stay the beach was drowning in sea**** but this time the beach was great and has been expanded with a great “end of beach” bar and lunch snack spot. Had great walks along the long sandy beach past the resort. Saw some beautiful fish right off beach, even though the reef isn’t so healthy. The staff everywhere is great and very hardworking. Adriane who does the morning yoga on the pier and the fitness/aqua fit was just amazing. I’ve done a fair bit of yoga and she was fantastic. So informative and helpful, I corrected a lot this week, didn’t miss a day. Gerardo who served us lovely breakfasts at Mia Casa was great :) The rep ( I think Geraldo) who helped us at the airport when we missed our shuttle after being detained by customs ( check custom rules closely, for example you can only bring one laptop, one speaker, two cameras and don’t exceed 25 cigars or 10 packs of cigarettes or you pay very very dearly) Only ordered room service once (for early checkout) it came very promptly and completely as ordered. The massage was really great, I recommend you use the spa, but it does need some updating. Jesus and Maria at Colibri bar/beach service were lovely and kept the drinks coming. Beach drink service was great on both sides. The food was great everywhere we ate. The entertainment was good, silent disco was so fun. Lewis did great trivia and salsa lessons, Foam-party was a hoot. The bartenders working the bars worked so hard always with a smile. We would definitely go back

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Seaside Suites. From our luxurious drive to and from the resort by Lomas to every diner/experience, we give the resort and staff a 5/5. Our butlers Fernanda, Leslie and Ivan were very attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything we could possibly need during our stay. The beach butler Migel set up our Bali bed everyday and made sure we had enough towels. The entertainment team was amazing as usual, Luana, Miriam and Alex made sure we were aware of everything that was going daily on Seaside and Palms. It is always a pleasure to see Luis from the Palms entertainment team, he is a gem!!!! The waitress/waiter’s Lizabeth, Martha and Miguel were excellent and made sure we were well stocked with cocktails during our time on the beach. As always the food was amazing!!!! The waiters in the restaurants were always lovely and went above and beyond to make sure our meals were delivered in a timely manner even though they were very busy. Nelson at Klay Talay was extremely busy the night we were there, but made sure we had plenty of wine to offset the wait. it is always a pleasure to see Lorenzo at the Driftwood, we have been blessed to have him as a server on our 8 visits to Seaside Suites. It was nice to see Jorge the Concierge daily, he was always very attentive, wondering if everything was ok during our stay. We always enjoy a sky massage on the beach and again it did not disappoint, Dayna and Walter were very professional and made sure we had the best experience possible. We are very thankful for the many staff members that go above and beyond to make sure the grounds are immaculate for every guest, the staff the work tirelessly every day to remove the sargassum that washes up on the beach. We generally stay over on the Suites side, but decided to check out the new edition on the Palms-Frontera….well done, it is absolutely beautiful, and the food and beverage staff were amazing-sorry we did not get names. We have been coming to this resort for 6 years, typically twice a year and there is always something new!!!! Keep up the great work!!! Looking forward to our next visit in November. We went with long time friends. They had been at Seaside a year ago. We have been there several times but not recently. We had a fabulous time. In fact our friends who have traveled the world, a lot, said the trip, service, restaurants exceeded their expectations. We loved the Mexican touches of local food preparation. Taco stations, quesidias etc. In fact the Mexican restaurant (which hadn’t been our favorite in the past) was wonderful this time. All the restaurants were excellent. We especially want to give a shout out to our butlers, Edith, Ivan and Leslie. Housekeeping was also excellent. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but this was a special visit really perfect.
