Nice but it needs new mattress

Hotel is smaller than the Marriott but it has a beautiful pool, bar, restaurant and background music. Staff was extremely friendly and speak fluent English and Spanish. Rooms are a little outdated but worth the price. Almost walking distance to the US Coast Guard base and PX store.

They don’t clean the rooms right they don’t give you enough towels the phone doesn’t work very sloppy sorry to say

Right from the minute we walked in we notice a small puddle of water in the living room. It was tile flooring so the water ran down the grouting toward the exterior wall. Maintenance said it was the air-conditioning but it wasn't. Next we tried to use the toilet but it wouldn't flush properly. It took 3 sometimes 5 tries. Maintenance said it was fine and told us to just hold the handle down for as long as it took. There is more but moral of the story is stay away from rm 122. The rest of the place is clean ,quiet, and friendly. Food at the cafe/pub is very reasonably priced and tastes good.

Property is very nice but the check-in process was horrible. When we first arrived, no one was at the front desk, waited for 5 mins and no one came. I had to call the corporate office and have them transfer me to the hotel staff to ask someone to come. After checking in my key didn’t work, so I had to go back to the front desk and again no one was there ! Waited and then had to call and get transferred and wait again for someone to come. That is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel!

Excellent place for a vacation. Tgere are a myriad of sports and recreation activities nearby. Thus includes golf, surfing, sightseeing, gastronomic venues, etc.

The room was inmaculate and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean as new. The staff was very supportive and friendly. Will return in my next visit to the area.

This is an old time share that is struggling. The towels and fixtures need replacing. The fire alarm above the bed blinked brightly all night. The layers of paint on the trim and light fixtures showed each color change over the decades. The elevator needed repairs….

It was a great stay at the hotel. Check in process was easy, the customer service representative was friendly and had knowledge about the services that the hotel offer to the clients. Clean areas, the room was small but ideal for the price, the electronics works properly and the cleaning staff was friendly and responsible. The food was delicious, they had a varied menu. The only small inconvenience its that the air conditioner leak water. But definitely would stay again. Thanks
