Honnêtement c est mon 6 ème hôtel et voilà enfin la classe, top des tops arrêtez avec vos faux commentaires je m appelle reda benzora je suis comédien et bravo à vous pour cette splendide oeuvre d arts,on appelle ça un hôtel tenu par des mains de maître 💪💪💪🇲🇦 je recommande pas je vous oblige si vous venez à Agadir

Don’t believe a word in their advertisement! We are here now- hotel has no elevator, stairs everywhere so you need to haul your luggage up. Group of us showed up after dinner, way past check in time but a few rooms had not been cleaned?! We wanted a non smoking room but it smells like smoke with an ashtray on table. Front desk said “it’s ONLY 15 steps going upstairs” when we asked for a lower level room. The lady that gave us the smoking room said “we can’t do anything if we do not see people smoking”!!!! REALLY? Everything here looks old & mildewed. Can not possibly be a 3 star let alone a 5 star.

The hotel was a charming boutique hotel. It was a pleasant stay made even more alluring by the staff, who aimed to please: nothing was too much. Abdul ( the manager) and Aziz (the front desk manager) ensured we were well looked after. An excellent stay! Close to amenities - back rooms are the best ( noise free).

I stayed at this awful hotel for New Year. They have a long standing problem with hot water and many of the guests had cold water showers for the three day stay. The food is second rate and the New Years Eve Gala Dinner was a joke. The hotel had been informed of various dietry needs in the group, and totally ignored us, so very little to eat. Many of the rooms have no working safety lock on the doors, so staff just wander in and out as they please. No Privacy. Avoid this place at all costs.

Hotel Ariana was a little tired but the staff were superb. We were there for a week so decided to have a massage at Spa Argana, never had a massage before and had Hammam cleansing ritual, full body massage and facial. Absolutely fabulous!!! Can’t recommend highly enough, wonderful rooms, ambience and my Masseuse Maya was really excellent. Will never forget ut

le personnel est très sympathique, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, le restaurant et les petit déjeuner sont corrects, la piscine est super

Un séjour surprise pour mon anniversaire 🎁 vraiment je recommande cette hôtel pour sont accueil chaleureux un personnel à l’écoute et toujours souriant et à disposition de toute nos envies…un grand bravo à Yassine pour sont dévouement pour les clients et moustapha à la piscine… merci à tous les marocains pour votre sourire et le soleil que vous nous apportez le temps d’une escapade J’espère revenir très bientôt et je le recommande vivement Patricia les yeux vert

J’ai séjourné à Agadir à l’hôtel Prestige Boutique & Spa pendant 4 jours et j’ai été ébloui par la qualité de l’établissement. L’hôtel est magnifique, avec une décoration soignée et un cadre paisible. La vue sur les palmiers de l’hôtel est splendide et on se sent loin du stress de la ville. Le personnel est très professionnel, très accueillant et d’une extrême gentillesse. Ils sont toujours à l’écoute des clients et font tout pour les satisfaire. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement les hôtesses d’accueil Raja et Asmaa, qui ont été aux petits soins avec moi. Raja m’a conseillé les meilleurs choix d’activités et de restaurants. Elle a toujours eu un sourire et un mot gentil. J’ai aussi apprécié le travail de Hicham, le responsable commercial, qui m’a fait bénéficier de la meilleure offre du moment, sans que je n’aie à la demander. C’est un signe de confiance et de générosité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui cherchent un lieu de détente et de convivialité. C’est le meilleur hôtel que j’aie jamais visité. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ces vacances inoubliables !
