Easy access onto and off Hyw 1. Large comfortable room Minimal shower soap etc. Daily housekeeping available and provided us with more soap when we asked. The staff responded very well to guests being snowed in and provided snow shovels so we could shovel our truck out. Then allowed us to park undercover.

We were in between apartments so we spent a few nights in various Vancouver hotels (SureStay, La Quinta, Days Inn). We had the most comfortable stay here. The hotel was recently refurbished and everything felt clean and new. The staff on duty in the morning was always friendly. He helped us recover passports that we forgot and left in the safe.

Really great place staff is so hospitable and helpful. Rooms are spotless and roomy. Always stay here when we in town.

We really enjoy staying here. The staff are really friendly and the suite is perfect for our family.

Updated rooms, easy to get around the area and we walked to Castle Fun Park. Kids loved the pool and hot tub and we had it to ourselves both times we went. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff is great; its a good 3 to 4 star hotel.....can be noisy on the Highway side, but overall, good value

I booked what I thought was a king suite. But it was actually a junior suite. I expected a separate bedroom with the king bed but was presented with a jr suite that has the king bed just in the main room. The explanation given was that ******* uses photos from the hotel website as it sees fit. Therefore I was misled as to what I was actually booking. Other than that, the only other complaint was to no fault of the hotel itself. Just no wifi which made the stay more complicated. Due to weather and power outages, no fault of the hotel itself. Overall it left me disappointed but the outage was no fault of the hotel itself.
