PLEASE READ - WORST ACCOMMODATION EVER! I WISH I could give this place no stars. Their customer service is appauling! I am shocked with how we were treated and would rather stay anywhere else. My partner and I had booked to stay here for two nights. On the last day we checked out at 10am and asked if we could leave our bags behind the counter to come and collect later. The issue is, you cannot enter the building unless you have a key card, and as we were checked out we didn’t have one. But as this is standard there is always someone there to let you in. We returned when we were ready to leave and no one was there. We rung and rung the doorbell for 30 minutes… We tried to call their phone but… wait for it… they have NO working number. We proceeded to wait longer another half an hour and MISSED OUR FLIGHT. All our luggage, belongings and keys were in there. Once someone came down they said they were upstairs. We had to pay $200 to rebook our missed flights for the next day and asked if we could have a free night. The lady offered to pay but we said no. She gave us the key card and let us have a free night. We were approached later by another man who asked us to pay. we explained what happened and said we either stay here for free or will find somewhere else. We were HAPPY to go anywhere else if they didn’t want a free night. We were not staying there or forcing ourselves there. The man said he will see what he can do. The next day we checked out. The first girl (who’s fault it was to begin with) was there and said nothing. They later proceeded to CHARGE MY CARD!! we approached the manager and turns out the girl LIED!! and said we were just going to pay and that it wasn’t her fault. And the manager basically said we have to pay. she said she can check the security footage to see if our story is right, that we waited, and waited, and rung (We were on the phone with 105 as we were so desperate) and then confirm also the man talking to us. we gave her ALL the times. Yet we have heard nothing. it has been ages since our stay, no contact, no refund. AWFUL Not to mention unfriendly staff, awful quality rooms, awful place in general. Please spend your money somewhere else x

3-4日間Lyloに滞在しましたが、おそらく私が今まで泊まった中で最高のホステルです。デバイスでチェックインしますが、何か必要な場合は近くに受付があります。デザインは素晴らしく、共同の部屋/ワークスペースも素晴らしく、とても新しく、現在改装されているので、本当に素晴らしく見えます。各階に無料の Wi-Fi、共同キッチン、バスルームがあります。レストランやバーもあり、無料のドリンクもカードで受け取ります!私は個室と共用バスルームに泊まりましたが、床はとても清潔で静かでした。部屋自体はかわいくてきれいでした。ゴミ箱などのものがいくつか見つかりませんでした(部屋に別の人が床に1ついるのを見るまで部屋が1つあることを知りませんでした)。部屋にテレビや金庫が付いていたら良かったと思いますが、部屋は値段に見合ったので文句を言うことはできません:)場所は中心部にあり、市内のすべてに簡単にアクセスできます。

古い建物を 改装した感じ 古いので、他のホテルよりも部屋の大きさは確かに広いです 僕は文句なしで上手く書けました

I will try to be as constructive as possible with my review, but before all that, I will say this was probably the worst hostel I have ever stayed in! If I could give it zero stars, I would. I have stayed in many hostels around the world, and I understand that not all hostels are perfect. You get what you pay for with hostels. But I've never stayed in a hostel so bad that I checked out 2 days early! The roof of the rooms was absolutely disgusting to look at. The ensuite bathroom was filthy as well. I arrived late in the evening on my 1st night, and there wasn't even toilet paper in the bathroom! I had 2 horrible nights of sleep on a horrible mattress, a wafer thin pillow, and a blanket that you wouldn't throw over the back of a couch! On my last night, I actually had to wear a hoodie to keep warm! And when you climbed into the top bunk, if there wasn't somebody lying in the bottom bunk, the bunk beds nearly leaned over! Not exactly safe! You couldn't relax on the bed either it was so uncomfortable! There is no breakfast provided! At the very least, the most basic of hostels will provide cereal and toast! Not here, unfortunately. There are only plugs on the bottom half of the rooms as well, which means you have to plug your devices into a plug on the floor in the middle of the room! In a room full of strangers! And while there are lockers available, they're light, so if someone wanted to pick it up and steal it, they could. A few tips for this hostel: 1: Comfortable mattresses, proper sheets and duvets, and proper pillows. 2: Deep clean the rooms every so often. 3: Charging points that are easily accessible to people on top and bottom bunks. 4: No lights out at 10 pm! While this didn't affect me as I stayed away from the hostel as long as possible until I wanted to go to bed, lights out at 10pm is a load of b******s! Remember, it's a room full of adults. 5: Clean the communal bathrooms and showers! They weren't exactly the cleanest places in the world. Do a deep clean on them every so often. And fix some of the doors on the communal toilets because some of them don't lock. 0/10 guys, unfortunately. This place really needs to get its act together.

予約した部屋にはダブルベッドとシングルベッドがあり、駐車場があります。ただし、ホテルのフロントデスクのチェックイン時間には注意が必要です。多くのニュージーランドのホテルは24時間対応のフロントデスクではありません。今回、飛行機は比較的遅くオークランドに到着しました。私はチェックインするためにホテルに到着しました。誰もいませんでした。 。

YHA Auckland International is located within walking distance from everywhere in Auckland downtown, including the airport bus if you need to get an early flight. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds and bedding are spotless and comfortable, and conducive to a good night sleep. Wi-Fi is available. I didn’t try it though.

Well set up hostel with bars on the doorstep. Therefore it can be noisy at night, bring ear plugs. I don't think it was very busy when I was here because i am not sure about the bathroom/visitors ratio when fully occupied. A little storage area inside the bed would be nice. Not all beds had sockets.

We were a group of 9 people (2 adults and 7 youth) and we had booked a 6 bedroom and a 4 bedroom apartment. Upon arriving at the Best Western we were advised that we had been given a free room upgrade from a 4 bedroom to a 7 bedroom suite. It was fantastic with enough room for everyone to join in together in one of the apartments for meals etc. In both apartments we had a main bedroom downstairs with kitchen, bathroom etc and then upstairs were the additional beds with own bathroom. Kitchens were big enough for us to cook and make lunches for our day trips. Everything was clean and tidy. The only unfortunate thing was that the 6 bedroom apartment had a lingering smell of fish emanating from the fridge but it was clean and we managed to ignore it.

私はベッド 8 台の女性用ドミトリーに宿泊しましたが、全体的に良い経験をしました。部屋は外部の騒音から非常に守られており、ルームメイトは思いやりがありました。二段ベッドは少しきしむし、全員の荷物を置くスペースはあまりありませんが、共用バスルームは清潔で、シャワーは完備されており、キッチンは使用可能です。 WiFi もビデオ通話や映画には十分でした。周囲は暗くなると少し怖くなり、ホステルはコンクリートの階段を上ったところにひっそりと佇んでいます。何も問題はありませんでしたが。基本的に、それはその言葉通りのシンプルな飾り気のないホステルで、中心部の良い場所にあります。

サービススタッフの態度はとても良く、特に空港に連れて行かれたとき、ターミナルが間違っていないことを確認する前にまだ外にいた中国のカウンタースタッフが出発しました。部屋は広く、設備も整っています。向かいの墓地です。朝起きて怖くなり、みんな気になってくれないかと思いました。
